We can but it costs SIGNIFICANTLY more to hire someone in the US compared to India and bring them over on H1B for the exact same role.

Companies are almost forced to outsource tech labor to India because of the massive wage gap. Even if you deport them, most will just outsource roles to remote India workers, its still way cheaper and more efficient than hiring in the US.

The unfortunate truth is, there is no incentive to give roles to Americans at the moment and Trump's agenda wont change that.

-Most Black people I know believe in traditional families, 2 sexes & gender roles. On alphabet shyt they're mostly do what you want but keep it to yourself but a few are against it. Most I know are Christian. Black people are all over the board in music & entertainment, the media pushes the ignorant shyt. Young Black people have always set urban trends & once people realized you can be successful without having to wear shyt you don't like they decided to wear what's comfortable.

-You can have conservative views without feeling like you have to sacrifice individual beliefs & expression.
