But based on the news and reports I'm listening to and reading, he will not be convicted. This is a war of attrition.
Even if he gets jail time he can still legally be president, so it's really an exercise in futility.

Trump has 4 separate criminal cases going which amounts to over 90 charges. So what ever news reports you are listening to are nuts.
Here is currently on trial right now in New York for using his business to hide hush money payments. If the jurors follow the evidence in this case then Trump is going to be easily convicted, because they have him dead to rights knowingly trying to coverup the payments using his business.
He has a RICO case coming up in Georgia. In that case he has co-defendants that are lawyers who have already pleaded guilty to the scheme.
He has a Federal case in Florida that the Judge is trying to rig, but it doesn't matter because Trump is going to be convicted in that case because he had secret government documents in his possession.
Then there is the case in Washington D.C. regarding his role in January 6th. He did that shyt.
Btw, Trump has already lost civil cases to the State of New York and to lady that he sexually abused. So the dude routinely losses cases.
