HBCU attendance needs to go back to being a political demonstration and proving ground. HBCUs dont and probably cant push their students because they probably arent getting the best and brightest of our youth. Time for black people to wake up,push our youth in terms of education. The punching above our weight is astounding given the fact that there are only 102 HBCUs in this nation amongst 3000k colleges in the U.S. What HBCUs lack is funding to create programs and grow and expand Black American's opportunities for success. Again, you get rid of HBCUs all together, our communities ability to have any kind of social mobility is destroyed.
