This. He knows what he is doing. Those shytty ass Republican states with smaller populations can get their counts in way faster than say California. Include removing voting locations and putting in all kinds of roadblocks and suddenly you go from 140+ million Americans voting to 90 million. It would be doomsday for any legitimate elections.
