Man, I used to pay $500/month for my trainer at an independent studio (that was actually good being that we worked out 4 days/wk) plus my membership to a regular big box, $20-30 per yoga session and a $79 class pass subscription. I had to be in that 600-700 range also at my peakLol no that $250 is Equinox's flat monthly fee....the personal trainer and HIIT studio work is a separate fee...so I probably spend maybe $500-700 a month on workout related stuff

I don't know why gyms are a priority to open. there are plenty of different ways to stay in shape even at home. Trump is just an idiot so it all makes sense to him.
The unfortunate reality is the country has to open even without the cure. I don't want it to, but for the majority, the US would completely collapse if it stayed closed like this for even another month.

Cardio is stupid. It does nothing but build up endurance. Unless you plan on running long distance it does nothing for fat loss.
