I'll probably go to a gym that schedules appointments and allows 8 at a time per hour while cleaning the equipment just for leg day.
Simple answer to that is cardio and you can do through social distance at 6am in an empty park.More muscle mass means a better immune system. When you build muscle you also lose fat. Less fat means your body works better. More efficient systems means better immune health.
And he'll beat it easily, develop antibodies, and have a healthy resistance to further infection.
I never said you won't get infected if you have muscle. I said you would have a better chance fighting. At the end of the day, if a disease is airborne then we're all gonna get it eventually. The key is to be prepared to defeat it with a strong immune system. More muscle and less fat means a stronger immune system.

It's ineffective long term....
And you sacrifice progress that can be made quicker with free weights....especially for your lower body...
I do calisthenics but I would never drop the barbell for it...
Tragic comedy...so it's not a hoax
If the gyms open I'll only go really late at night or really early in the morning. Basically the time when majority of people are not in the gym.
Thanks...so a better option is half and half? A 60/40 split?
