You’re gonna have to wear a mask to workout. Also get ready to sign another waiver before they let you back in the gym.

the biggest demo at risk is the seniors who only use the cardio equipment. I talked a guy who owns a small gym here, he has a lot of older clientele, he’s considering opening a block of time for seniors only.

More muscle mass means a better immune system. When you build muscle you also lose fat. Less fat means your body works better. More efficient systems means better immune health.

I never said you won't get infected if you have muscle. I said you would have a better chance fighting. At the end of the day, if a disease is airborne then we're all gonna get it eventually. The key is to be prepared to defeat it with a strong immune system. More muscle and less fat means a stronger immune system.

He does have a point. Not sure if the gym will be safe, but the numbers say if you’re healthy and or not overweight your chances of beating Covid increase significantly.

There is not enough emphasis in our community about getting in shape during the next 120 days.

Someone who really takes working at seriously doesn’t need a gym. Lots of the personal trainers I see on Instagram have adjusted to working out at home and at the park just fine.


I bet the main people missing the gym aren’t even that fit to begin with.

Unless they have equipment or did only calisthenics and cardio/HIITT you capping or don’t know what you are talking about.

Women do a lot of bullshyt fluff exercises on the gram that don’t do shyt except improve your cardiovascular conditioning and core.

Can’t gain size off a lot of the bs they do except with how little weight they use.

And ever since gyms have shut down I’ve seen so many IG fitness influencers do stupid shyt with with brooms, couches etc.. none of which create enough resistance.
