Sure. Jets are more of a cause for climate change than these WHOLE ASS CITIES AND TOWNS that run their electricity grid off of fossil fuels. Definitely breh.

Smmfh

Guess what breh.

If you completely eliminated fossil fuel consumption from power grids, we wouldn't need electric vehicles for at least another 50 years right?

Not at all a permanent solution, but the problem is electricity grids, not fukking cars in nikkas driveways.

Ya boy Joe Manchin can explain it all to you. Go holla at that pink bytch because it's not really safe in my presence to have uninformed conversations.

What causes more damage?

Cars and jets, or whole cities using fossil fuels?

Why do you think bytch ass media people only talk about cars and jets, instead of whole towns burning fossil fuels?

You think cars and planes that go on and off daily contribute more to the carbon in the air than electronic grids that burn for 24 hours?

the Democrats need to accept and address the fact that "fighting climate change" is a bullshyt premise, that nobody cares about. they need a better message. climate change moves too slowly for people to take seriously, and it doesn't help that al gore told us we'd be underwater already, like 10 years ago

republicans are out here saying "i'll make your gas prices cheaper", something that 99% of people care about, and hits their pocketbook on a daily basis. democrats are out here talking about "fighting climate change", but nobody knows that that means :dead:

and when these Paris Climate Conferences are full of rich cocksuckers like John Kerry flying there in private jets, emitting more carbon in one flight than the average american does in a decade, why should we listen to these people?

why should the american people be babied.

we are talking about adult aged persons.

Id this was for middle school class president, I would agree withyou

That mindset makes America look slow and stupid worldwide. Every other country cares about the environment but our excuse is that our people are too dumb to get it.

Umm ok

i'm telling you the reality of the situation. people don't care about "fighting climate change" more than they do about gas prices

you can't even specify what you're asking us to do. what do you mean, "babied"? and what is the average american going to do, that offsets what china and india are doing?

like yeah, i believe climate change is real, but what do you want me to do about it? and when will rich celebrities, who cry about it the most, stop flying around in private jets? :childplease:

Every other country cares about the environment

People probably think I’m exaggerating when I say we probably won’t see America at it’s peak in our lifetime like it was ~10 years ago. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a maximum nonetheless.

If they haven’t already, China will pass us as we do damage to our nation that won’t be easily overturned, if it ever gets overturned. Like I said in the other thread, you’d think we’d have replaced Reagonomics after 40 years of PROVEN DESTRUCTION, but nope, let’s keep it going and add more obstacles.

This was before the election when it was forecasted that we’d be under better leadership:

The problem is most of the people in this country are dumb and unreliable.

195 countries signed the Paris Agreement. A laughing emoji won’t change that fact.

Saying nobody cares about climate change is bullshyt. Polling shows that most Americans, especially younger Americans, actually *do* care. And more and more will start to care, especially as extreme weather continues to wreck homes and businesses, causes floods, costs billions in disaster relief and loses, and fukks with the food supply. We are already seeing its effects *today*. It's not this far-off thing that we can afford to kick down the road, or have you not been paying attention to record hurricanes, wildfires, severe storms or flooding lately? And stop using that Al Gore strawman. He didn't say we'd be underwater by now. What he and what scientists said, is that ignoring emissions would lead to the mess we're now experiencing.
