:francis: I know heads are going to overlook this or look at me crazy but check this out...remember:

  • The Muslim Ban
  • The Wall
  • Replacing the ACT
lol....dude signs shyt and pump fakes when logic and reading comes into play. Thus the fact that the Indian dude got BTFO from the "DOGE" whatever the fukk, and him making up shyt in the process of being on borrowed time.

These executive orders usually get overlooked, laughed at, and thrown in the bushes. Like it or not, Trump doesn't really have much power as any other president before him. He learned that the hard way in 2016, and he will LEARN the grim reality in 2025.

Sometimes, I wish folks would get a grip with reality that there are layers to the government. Not everybody going to go full heel in this promotion called the USA.

There's going to be faces, change of hearts, and rogue politicians that will implode the administration. Hence, why I'm not all that worried and I have a lot on my plate to worry about :mjlol: (with my endless health issues).

At the end of the day, I promised you all that this will be the years folks will prosper, and evil will not prevail. Even the Antichrist got shut down IYKYK.

That's what the Schedule F was for. to reclassify thousands of positions to get rid of anyone who would push back

Again large organizations. I just posted an example of a chick dating a guy she hired. I know a breh that works for Transportation who got hired despite doing 10 years in the feds

Even if all those people were kicked out who’s gonna replace them? I mean according to the paperwork those people are on leave that means there’s no one there to do their jobs and they’re on leave acculumalating more PTO that will need to be paid out as they are shown the door.

Again shyt is “good idea fairies" gone wild he cannot implement none of this shyt.

He wants to kick out Federal employees while having federal employees do raids to kick out immigrants how is he gonna do both at the same time?

This is the same guy that was stymied when trying to #buildthatwall

lots of these are going to get tied up in courts. I think he is vastly overstepping his power. There are going to be tons of calls to congress soon from their constituents and they are going to rebel against Trump when it comes to getting reelected.

Man the lawsuites that are going to get filed are going to be crazy.

We have a DEI office in my agency and honestly I haven't seen them do much except training sessions and put on events. They even had a trans speaker come in last month, but of course I didn't attend :hubie:. I just hope they get moved into other positions in their agencies. They don't deserve to be terminated. Although I expect many will leave the federal government. But I don't think there will be many DEI opportunities in the private sector either.

I have been on hiring panels for many jobs in my agency and I never cared about If they were male of female. Although I did give brehs and brehettes the benefit of the doubt. Honetly, I looked at people who were the best fits for the team. I did have a boss get mad at me cause he wanted to hire this arab dude. But a PAAG came in and blew the interview out the water :takedat:. Had to hire her.
everyone knows about the massive effort in DEI for federal employees for multiple decades.

people filed congressionals to get in. fukk DEI in the since of hiring Black people, there was a regulation that said that 30% of the people hired had to “look like the community”. so if say you were in an Asian area you better have some Asians or you better explain why.

Then theres the other ways people get in by local area only hires or Federal employee only. You could get in by DEI then get another job as a local area and or Federal employee hire.

Bingo :wow:

Good to see heads not losing their shyt and throwing in the towel. Trump's kryptonite is litigations and court. Thus, why he didn't want to show up for the Muslim Ban hearing, as it was overlooked.

I swear, folks need to look at the first movie. Same script, different paranoia.

That was before the mf appointed a gang of sycophants on benches across the country and could possibly appoint 2 more SCOTUS justices. Just today, one of his appointees said this about Jack Smith...the deck is stacked
Her order took some jabs at the prosecutors representing to the position of former Attorney General Merrick Garland, accusing them of misleading her at a court hearing Friday and asserting that they’ve failed to live up to the “special role” they play in the criminal justice system.

If anything, all they're going to do is just renamed the shyt so it won't be a "buzz word" for MAGAts to get in their panties. Rebuilding is impossible as this country is basically an apartment from the 70s.

No matter how much the prices go up and the beautiful view of the back deck, it's still going to use the same ugly paint to cover up the holes in the wall, use the same damn cheap appliances, and use a Walmart flusher for the toilet.

Hell, we're still waiting on that Biden infrastructure bill to come into play, Trump just signing to look like he's doing something, but will be playing golf by Friday :francis:

Many of his EO's got tied up in court the last time around. I expect the same or worse this time. This little dicator phase is only gonna last for so long.

He had lunatics in 2016-2020 and the majority of them either got thrown under the bus, tapped out, and fired.

Hell we're barely getting the snot out of 2025's nose, and he's already pump faking with the visas and "mass deportations".

Another thing....lets keep it a bean. NO PRESIDENT can have that much power without dealing with the threat of the people, insiders, or possible attempts on his life.

Like brehs, nobody remembers January the 1st :mindblown: ?!?

Also, peep his steez on TickTawk when years ago he wanted to dismantle the app because "CHYNENYAH!", when he knows that it was a ploy to get him some pillow talk, as folks are not well receptive of his presence besides MAGAts and asskissing billionaires.

If every president had the power that could be, black folks would have been eradicated from the upstart or back in the field....then again the field is more of Amazon or Walmart factories :patrice:

He knows the game this time. Notice how there isn't a Mattison or a McMaster to be the adults in the room. That's deliberate.

As a side note, I've seen people say us who will be told to go home may be getting paid for maybe two years due to the court battle this will drag on forever. Let this be the case, I'll go get another part time job and pull in another stream of income

You didn't read thru Project 2025. You think it's just gonna be like his first term pt2. Go read into what Schedule F does. First time around he was blocked by normal checks and balances. All those precious checks and balances you talked about are going to get pushed to the side and replaced with loyalists. You think this is Trump coming up with all this? Dude is backed by extreme right wing extremely wealthy think tanks who've been prepping the policies for this for years. These people learned from his first term and have this shyt planned out. It's why he's made key appointments like the OPM director from jump. add a GOP majority in House and Senate plus a majority conservative Supreme court. There will be some legal battles but there is very little stopping a lot of this shyt from getting pushed throug.

CAN THE ORDER TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY?

No. The Biden administration passed a rule in 2024 intended as a bulwark against Trump's resurrection of Schedule F. The rule says workers who are involuntarily exempted from the civil service retain the legal protections they had already earned, and created a process for them to challenge their reclassification. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is expected to propose repealing the rule, a process that would take months or longer.

The order gives agency heads 90 days to conduct a preliminary review and 210 days to complete a full review of positions that could be transferred to the new category.

CAN WORKERS SUE OVER BEING EXEMPTED?

Unions are certain to file legal challenges, but individual workers who are reclassified under the new order would have to go through an administrative process before the Merit Systems Protection Board, an independent three-member panel appointed by the president. Until the 2024 rule is repealed, workers who are reclassified could take advantage of the process it created to appeal those decisions to the merit board.
Employees could argue their jobs fall outside the scope of Schedule Policy/Career, that agencies violated their due process rights by not following the proper procedures, or that they were targeted for discriminatory reasons.
