Virginia might have a shot because of Dulles being a tech hub. But a lot of Maryland benefits from the government from NASA to the NSA to the Census Bureau. A lot of govt workers also live in Maryland so if DC is adversely affected that could have a ripple effect in the outlying counties. Some of which are among the richest in the country.

DC alone is in a weird spot, if Trump decides he doesn’t like the idea of DC in its current iteration with its own mayor and government then the city could be placed under direct federal rule again. Again, if any group of people would be rightfully pissed about all this it’s the citizens of the DMV.
