Republicans been playing the long game with judges and now it's starting to take effect. Democrats failed to do the same farming/cultivating judges not just in the supreme court but on a federal level who see the bulk of these kinds of cases and challenges. Pair that with the weak SCOTUS nomination of Merrick Garland by Obama, RBG refusing to retire when asked (Breyer was the same but they pressured him hard), and the weekend at Bernies Finklestein debacle with her not able to vote on judges and Durbin refusing to push forward and it's just L after L.
The Republican party is largely to blame here but most of us here didn't or haven't voted for the people that put this in place, hell many of you probably weren't even old enough to vote when some of these guys were putting this in motion. That being said it is imperative that you hold the people you do vote for accountable when they are asleep at the wheel while this was in progress and make it known that they can't behave like that anymore. It's why looking at Kamala's "strategically vague" campaign should be a no go and there should be more pressure for her to clearly define what she wants to do.
