You left out the part about how his own party undermined his campaign. Hillary learned from 08... formed her connections and made sure to torpedo any contenders.

Head to head Sanders would have washed her. He was more passionate and had much better school council president style promises
He lost by 8 million votes. 8 million citizens decided to vote for Hillary over sanders. I wouldn't be too upset if Bernie was facing trump. I believe he would have won too. But people keep pushing this lie like there is proof that Bernie got his votes stolen. Even without super delegates he still lost in delegates and popular vote.

Bernie's problem was lack of marketing and how late he became known to the electorate. The "Bernie train " didn't pick up steam immediately and he was out hustled by a more experienced politician when it comes to getting people out to vote. During the primary, despite massive support among young voters, there were several instances where they refused to actually go out and cast a ballot. Older people who favored Clinton voted. Young people didn't. The most startling stat I remember seeing was only 13% of register young voters for example voted in the SC primary.

This is why Bernie lost. The dnc hacks just showed that internally the dnc favored Clinton but that doesn't have any bearing on young people letting their preferred candidate down en masse

Don't know, he's attached to trump for the rest of his career

A once promising career is up in the air
Paul Ryan will be shat upon for his actions here now in 2016.

The only thing preventing an 8 year Clinton reign is Hillary. If they had someone they would have ran him already.

That's why Trump is the GOP nominee now.

Bernie's problem was that his party picked a winner of the Democratic primary before the first vote was cast. All this other shyt is irrelevant. "Lack of marketing" lol you Hillary stans are ridiculous.

Young people posted on Reddit and facebook instead of voting. That is why Bernie lost by 8 million votes and in delegates. Period.

Also if you remember back, Bernie didn't started getting really popular until the end of 2015 when the season started back June and July of that year. He had a slow start.

He couldn't beat a woman with historically bad favorable ratings. Why is it out of the question to correlate he wouldn't be able to beat another person with historically bad favorable ratings.

Only in people with both

#BernieLogic
And
#BernieMath

is it confusing as to why some would assume the same people that stayed at home against Hillary to complain online would stay at home against Donald to complain online.

Imma have to make use of this :mjlol:
Bruh, Hillary needed an almost 12 year old tape to open up a decent lead. Bernie would be how far ahead now. I hope she leaves some campaign people behind too, no way these emails should have become public.

first of all, not among the democratic base. in general. these idiots turned out for her gleefully, theres no 'hillary is unliked' when it comes to the dem base :what:

second of all, we all know that nomination was her consolation prize going back to 08. thats 8 years of greasing sponsors and endorsements, prepping the media, etc. no one was taking the democratic nomination from hillary clinton :yeshrug:

All truth. And we see the result too. Let's hope Rubio and Ryan don't get their reputations back, or that Mike Lee doesn't run in 2020

I think it was 4 million votes , Bernie's people made the same mistake Hillary made in 08 in that they did not understand the math of proportional allocation and ceded entire states in the South that built an unassailable lead. They even spent more time in New Hampshire were he was destined to win instead of going to South Carolina to stem the margin of victories in Southern states. Once you lose some of those early votes in the Southern states it is hard to make them up in smaller states like Oregon, Kentucky, West Virginia. In 2008 Hillary lost to Obama while winning states like NY,TX,PA,MA,OH,CA,NJ. Obama's operation in 2008 was just that good that he could lose those states and still win.
