Trump is playing with house money. He already got his excuse for losing("The party sabotaged me. See I told you the system is crooked.") and is just causing division to make sure he keeps the hardcore base on his side.

He stumbled into that position without doubt. There was no long term planning involved in this fight, but that's the amazing part of it. Trump only has 35% of the vote, no true path to victory at the moment, and has no idea what he is doing, yet is still able to outclass the visionary of the Republican party
