It was pointless. Saved by privelege. Hopefully it had a bug enough psycholigical effect on the voters because he was held accountable. Even if he got sentenced he could run from the can.I thought the whole purpose was to have him found guilty so he couldn’t run for president again.

Duncan Hunter and Jesse Jackson Jr were some of the last politicians who were incarcerated for mksusing campaign funds. Hunter used 250k and got 11 months. I think Jesse jr did 30 months for misusing 750k. Technically based on prescedence ud think he'd be jailed. We'll see.
