Seems like that will be used as "evidence" that they hire via DEI policies even if they don't have a formal one.

I can tell you I had a new roof put on this fall and it was done in a day. Not a word of English spoken among them but they didn't fukk around and the roof was up. So are they going to go after roofing companies for not hiring white people?
