Really...Civil Rights Leader..:mjlol:

GTFO with this misleading shyt...he's an immigrant rights activist...

Second...he came to the USA with a green card at 17

The man has a coke trafficking conviction and had an 11 year sentence and was set up to be deported 7 years ago but he wasn't because of the Haitian earthquake...

Close Call for Jean Montrevil, Haitian Caught in an Immigration Web
Mr. Montrevil, a father of four, was 21 and a legal resident in 1990 when he was convicted of selling cocaine and began an 11-year prison sentence. After his release he became, by all accounts, a solid citizen. He married an American woman and now owns a van service in Brooklyn.

A law passed in 1996 made noncitizens convicted of felonies subject to deportation. Mr. Montrevil was ordered deported in 1994, while still in prison. After his release he became part of a supervised program for deportable immigrants. He had to check in with immigration agents regularly, and when he showed up for what he thought was a routine appearance on Dec. 30, he was detained and sent to York.

After federal officials announced that they were suspending deportations to Haiti because of the earthquake, Mr. Montrevil’s lawyer, Joshua E. Bardavid, said he began negotiating for his client’s release, arguing that since he was not a flight risk or dangerous to others, the law barred him from being held unless deportation was imminent.

------------

If you want Black immigrants here for whatever reason, that's fine but tell the truth...the man should've been deported but the USA was like nah, Haiti just had an earthquake...and now....you know its over and they are sending him back....like he was supposed to be sent back in the first because he has a felony conviction...

And immigrant rights activist...doesn't equal civil rights leader...:stopitslime:

Here are the interviews with him and shyt....

:hubie: Can’t defend that.

As if supporting Hillrod was a viable option for Haitians or supporters of Haiti :mjlol:. I love how jokers get purposefully obtuse about Clintons and Haiti.

You bring it up and they have no comeback. Sure Trump has an immigration stance and after that Norwegian/Haitian/African alleged comment (which seems to be true, since he hasn't denied it), obviously has his own (supremacist, nationalist, etc) feelings about the type of immigrants he wants......but Trump didn't steal billions, some say $10 billion from Haitian earthquake charity. Trump wasn't being protested by Haitians in the U.S. during the 2016 election, no they were protesting Hillrod. Matterfact they were begging him to investigate the Clinton Foundation if he won.

Now Haitians probably not feeling or like Don Cheeto now, but yall also forgetting the Haitian guy was going to be deported under BHO in 2010 anyway .....was Democracy Now going to do a feature on him before the earthquake???

The video and article both say he was being prepped to leave the U.S. when the earthquake happened and they cancelled his deportation in 2010.

He was going to be deported anyway by a black man aka BHO. Who was going to be upset besides his family??? thecoli??

I'm just keeping it Critically Objective...your savior Democrats nor Republicans give a flying fuuck about Haiti. If Democrats, especially AA Dems, cared about Haiti, they would be asking Clinton Foundation where the money at, the same way they asking Dr. Umar Johnson where the money at to build his school. :russ:
:laff: Cut this Democrat shoe polishing out, and only getting upset when Republicans do something you don't like, but ignore Democrat shenanigans...:dead:

Again..he was going to be deported under BHO in 2010 anyway , but earthquake cancelled it... he seems like a great family/business/activist guy, but let's keep it 100.

AA gang and Trump supporters celebrating together at a reception right now.

As an unofficial rep of the AA delegation...we ain't gonna celebrate a man being removed from his family...

And we ain't gonna be supporting Trump...that's just wack...

But I will say....

I am tired of these fukking liberal cacs and leftist cacs coming out here and acting like laws don't matter when it suits them...

When us AAs were like, "We want reparations..."

They start juelzing...

."Well...uh..according to the Constitution we can't do give people special privileges based on race..." :ld:

"Well you know everybody had something terrible happen to them, it would set a precedent that we must rectify every wrong and how are we even supposed to know who did what and supposed to get what..." :ld:

But when these immigrants violate laws or were only temporary residents or come from terrorist countries or illegally...they start running their mouth talking about how they should be allowed to stay here...based off of nothing...just pure emotion...

"Well about their families...":damn:

And my response to that is..."What the fukk about my family that been here generations and was wronged...."

And we know why they start juelzing on reparations...:jbhmm:

They don't wanna give up their privilege...:martin:

But they'll gladly kiss ass of non-citizens so they can get their vote and support...:wtb:

And they already got our vote by default...so they just looking at us like...:childplease: "What you really gonna do...vote Republican..."

People get removed of countries they aren't citizens of everyday...everywhere...only the USA is acting like it's a big deal...:yeshrug:

A lot of the time they just go to another Western country that accepts them....:yeshrug:

But we think everybody belongs here by default...:stopitslime:

Did you actually read the article? He was supposed to be deported under Obama, was on the flight to go to Haiti and someone got sick so it was cancelled. What happened a week later? The earthquake.

Why would he deserved to be deported if he served his time and became a productive member of society?

True, and bro-ham at least deserve to have his story looked into further before we pass any judgement. We don’t know dude and it could go either way if you ask me from what we do know. He might be on some straight laced shyt now, some of them interviews seem like dude really trying to spread his message. But at the same time he got knocked once for trafficking and now he’s running a van service. Could be legit. Or maybe he found a smarter way to move. Either way, I’m sure if that part raised my eyebrows then it probably did the same for 12. This may be a good brother getting railroaded, or it could be a dude who them people know what’s up but just can’t catch so they just ship him out.
