It’s all bullshyt. Any fed that takes that deal is a fool unless you were planning on retiring like last year and decided to just work another year.I wonder where'd they get the 6% stat from. Nobody gone fact check it? I find it hard to believe
You'd be an idiot to willingly lose that pension.
Keep in mind that the federal budget is only approved through March. Agencies may not even have the money to ensure payouts. You're a fool if you fall for this as a federal worker.
Isn’t the max buyout like 25k?
When someone brought it up at work recently that’s what someone said, that by law it’s 25k.. maybe someone more knowledgeable can fact check that
You’d have to pay me a lot more than that to accept a buyout
Looks like according to this that’s what it is

bytch took that shyt from a sidebar poll on the Federal News Network site (WKYC Channel 3) and 6% said they worked at in office 100% of the time. The majority said they were on hybrid. It was something like 3000 people responded. OMB report from last summer reported that only 10% of federal workers were fully remote. The rest of the 90% were split bout even between 100% in office and hybrid, but they keep spouting this shyt. Half of the federal workforce's jobs ain't even eligible to telework. That's a blatant fukkin lie that only 6% of the Fed workforce is working in office. Gotdamn that's a bullshyt lie. WTF
