Trump been saying he's going to purge the EPA so I don't see why this is surprising, it's a "temporary suspension" while he figures out exactly what he wants to do with the department. It's obvious he's gonna scale back on a lot of EPA's shyt.

But what's the logic of allowing them to release information to the media, and award contracts, etc. that may not be in line with what his administration wants? Is that not logical?
