Current administration is documented to have profiled, questioned, and detained members of Native American groups in the Southwest. And Puerto Ricans in NYC metro area.

Both groups are American citizens by birth, and obviously none of them were on "lists" for deportation.

The SUPREME COURT DOES have the POWER to DIRECT an EXECUTIVE BRANCH to DO WHATEVER is LEGALLY NECESSARY to RETURN a HUMAN BEING back to the United States. This has NOTHING to do with FOREIGN POLICY, this has EVERYTHING to do with the 5th Amendment and DUE PROCESS.

ABREGO GARCIA was a member of the MS-13 Gang so by law ICE doesn't need to bring him back because ICE is using the right to deport under the 8 U.S.C. §1227: Which allows for deportation of aliens convicted of crimes or involved in gang activity.
