I seriously doubt the type of shyt that was going down that warranted him making that speech was typical of what he's always done in that setup.

Unless they were doing shyt that went beyond what is typical at brunch turn up spots, then he over reacted and was unnecessarily rude to his patrons. He’s the owner and can establish any set of rules he wants, but there was no need to lecture them as if they were doing this at a Ruth’s Chris or Red Lobster. He created that atmosphere via his promotion and by having the DJ blaring music. He wanted to steal some of that turnup business without getting any of the turnup headaches...which is fine, but don’t belittle people who just thought they were at another turnup spot.

There are a lot of restaurants that play music - I'm not sure they expect people to stand on furniture and start dancing - because that isn't something adults typically do in public.

I was at a brunch spot in Flatbush at the beginning of the year with a DJ that played Trap and Latin music - and everybody stayed in their seats eating and conversing.

I do agree the music could have been better, but mufukkaz need to read the room and environment. That place doesn't look anywhere remotely like a turnup spot tho.

Classical music is literally made for you to sit down and be quiet to enjoy. Which is why it’s played in establishment where people are supposed to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.

Club/Party music is made for dancing. The song literally was saying “throw that ass in a circle” as dude told them to turn the music down

If dude wants it to be an eatery, he should quit advertising it like a club.
