Just re-watched the promo for EP5 and paused on the part where it shows the aftermath in front of Trash Man's house

Between this and the major spoiler in the Behind the Scenes video.....they gotta do a better job covering this stuff up.

I really dont know what the hell is going on this season, the exposition is terrible. And the timeline jumps are jarring, because Ali looks the same in 1980 and 1990 except his hair is shorter in 90. the white boy dectective looks exactly the same in both timelines.

It is a bit confusing.

Imma have to research this last ep.

im kinda wishing they just stuck to two timelines, 80 and 90, like they did in the first season

the shyt with him as an old man is absolute trash it's throwing off the rest of it for me. i think just going back between 80 and 90 woulda been more effective

obviously it's a thinking person's show, but i could do without bouncing around 3 timelines

I'm glad they showed the first two episodes at the Alamo Drafthouse and not the ones from the past two weeks. It went from out of this world HBO quality to "Eh, I'll watch this late night on FX".

It makes me wonder what season two could've been had HBO not rushed Nic and had a sole director for the entire season.

Yeah, in the 90's Roland walking with a mini- limp, so maybe this blast was the cause of that.

The wife made a comment in the 90s that may be what happened to the boy was some kind of accident.

I'm wondering if the girl willingly left with somebody. The uncle HAD to be involved.
Then the boy tried to stop her, got into a fight, and ended up getting his head smashed. Then the "dead eye" guy was brought in to plant the dolls as some kind of cover-up. Then some time later they get rid of the uncle because he knows to much. (Maybe even force the mother to OD, if she also knows too much)
