Poor plot. Everything is too much all over the place. Probably going to be the WOAT of anticipated shows this season. Crazy how Paul took everybody out and ended up getting capped. His lover boy told him from the jump that there were eyes all over. Watched this far let's see how bad it ends.

She is below average. It just would have made the show more interesting if she got gang banged after having all those issues of sex and talking shyt. I mean nothing really surprising has come out of this show.

the story is so convoluted, that im sure on a rewatch i would be like through the whole thing and even give it a higher rating.

but why the fukk would i rewatch someshyt that had me drifting off to sleep at some point during almost every single episode


im only sticking with it to find out who the birdman was. i love investigative shows and movies so i want to finish it and see how it unfolds, but MAN is this show hard to watch.

last episode was its best and i didnt feel sleepy at all so it gets a thumbs up from me, but the first 6 had me fighting my sleep halfway through each one.

i will also say this, vince was alot better last episode than all season. i actually liked him more in that role after watching him drop a couple people and set the clubs on fire. he really seemed like a crime boss.

but yea this goes on the "never watching again" list for me

I've said numerous times and I'll say it again...

I am enjoying this season more than last...

I don't know that I enjoyed this season more than last, but I have definitely enjoyed this season.

Last season was a fairly straightforward story which used Rust's esoteric dialogue to enhance the storytelling. Everyone around him acknowledged he was on some bullshyt with that talk.

The story for this season is much more involved and naturally confusing. They should've left out all the esoteric dialogue and let us just get wrapped up in the story.

Regarding Taylor's gayness, as much as I hate unnecessary gay plots it's clear it tied into the story, I don't know why people are continuing to act like the story would be the same without it. Folks saying he should've just admitted to his girl that he fukked a man are missing the point....his biggest problem was admitting to HIMSELF that he liked dikk. His only gay encounter came whilst he was 'blacked out' (thank you HBO for sparing us that scene). His gayness was an internal struggle, he didn't want to be gay and was conflicted by the fact that he actually was gay.

Are they implying that Ray and Ani found some dirt on Ray's wife when they were going over the pieces of the case. He mentioned how it would hurt his son, and that he hinted that before he knew how "everything really went down" when referring to the murder of his wife's alleged rapist. I know he killed the wrong guy but it seemed like it was connected to some new revelation they found out about Ray's wife because he mentioned it shortly after saying how this "the information will hurt his son" but maybe its just me.

Btw I agree with people saying this show has turned into a convoluted mess. There's some really interesting aspects to it but their's way to many characters involved, and way to much focus on character background to really understand all the points of the plot within an 8 episode span.
