The action was there in the shoot out, but it didn't have any of the drama of last season's episode 4. I never thought for a second any of the main characters were gonna get hit. The tension when Cohle was in that house

There were hella lucky when the guys first got fired upon, seemed like everyone within like 2 or 3 feet of them got blasted.
