It's like they skipped that entirely.

The end of Episode 3 was getting into the events that happened leading up to them going after Reggie Ladue (sp)

They didn't skip over it, because this episode showed the viewer what really happened in order for Rust and Marty to be able to find him. (ie: Rust going undercover to jam up Ginger who Ladue is cooking for)

We know this because Rust stuck to his "I visited my father story"...

this is the shyt that has them thinking Rust did it, Once they caught him lying everything else has to be questioned going forward. We viewer's know he didn't. It looks like next episode rust and marty both see where the questioning is going and just bounce.

So maybe the next 3 episodes shows them tracking down the new killer in the present and we can get answered all the questions about the present?

This show is the best thing on the air since Mad Men and Breaking Bad. Its a shame this story only goes for one season.

the premise is

A drama based on the experiences of Agu, a child soldier fighting in the civil war of an unnamed African country.

so you already know he's bouta unleash some epic one shot war sequence

Nah breh, i like the no filler ,intense, short season type shows. The Brits actually got that right when it comes to shows, just find a strong story/plot, flesh it out with some good dialog and acting and keep it short and sweet. Also, seeing MM and Harrelson do this and actually kill opens the door for other actors to jump aboard on next version of the series. Somebody mentioned a mcnulty/freamon type series that would be dope, although we just saw freamon as a pastor in TD.

Again, because Rust doesn't believe in the fake, he's able to play the game 2 steps ahead of everyone else. We all know, we all see that Marty's wife would give it up to Rust. Rust understand this too. She's an emotionally scarred woman. She wants…she needs someone to confide in. If Rust keeps playing this middle man role, its going to get real uncomfortable. Marty's wife is going to fall in love with the time they spend. She'll start looking forward to their talks. And once that happens, its ovaaaaaaaa

Wrong, Rust does not give a shyt about Martin wife at all. The only reason he went to her was to get Marty head right for the job, you saw how he reacted when he told him they would get back together in 6 months? Rust could care less if she liked him , he is all about the job , he has no outside life beside the job. You saw his hours . A mattress a pull up bar is all he has beside books. She can fall in love with Rust but he wouldn't care at all. Matter of fact when would even start a relationship? She has a night shift nurse job and 2 kids to take care of now. Rust works all the time and never sleeps . The speech he gave Marty in the bar about not caring was the same way he felt about her when she tried venting at him. He don't care. You don't go undercover for 4 years like he did and come back emotionally stable for a relationship . Look at how easy it was for him to go undercover and fit in with those lunatics . He was high and on point while Marty gets thrown out the place for losing his cool.

What the fukk are you talking about? They didn't skip a damn thing . They have not found that place where he cooks that's the whole reason he went undercover to find out where he cooks . Csi or law and order maybe a better show for you, it has simple stories where they catch the bad guy at the end of the episode . You don't have to think or pay attention to detail.

Fam, its downright DISGUSTING how atrocious the writing/acting on that show is.

The muh'fukka that plays Rick on TWD flirts with approaching LisaRaye levels of transcendent acting wackness every now and again...there was some scene this most recent episode, don't remember which exactly, that made me literally say out loud "he's fukking terrible"


This episode of TD solidified this show as event television for me...i'll be planning my sunday nights around it for the rest of the season...i'll prolly rewatch the first 4 throughout this week just cause i can't wait
