Hex, what do you think about cinematography(I don't think that is the right term) of the show? I am really liking the way this is filmed. It is not quiet Breaking Bad, but it is pretty beautiful on most shots..

Not compared to either show I mentioned, no. Hell no. Aside from the 6 minute tracking shot the cinematography on this show is pretty by-the-books. It's almost as if they pulled off the tracking shot to say "hey, we could go crazy, but a more laid back approach fits this story better". And it does fit it better. Michelle MacLaren is one of the best directors on "BB" and the episodes of "Game of Thrones" she directed don't stand out in any way because you need to adapt to what you're working on. If she directed "GoT" like she directed "BB" it would look fukking retarded.

Again, this has nothing to do with the quality of the cinematography.
