Rian Johnson would be a good fit. He directed 3 Breaking Bad episodes and Looper.

never saw breaking bad....have watched looper, i dig that movie.....and that unintentially funny scene: when bruce is trying to get out the diner after confronting jgl, he shoots out 1 of the windows just to dive out the window beside it...like they told him to jump out the open window and he said 'naw, i gotta go through some glass, just wont feel right if i dont' lol.....

anyway, speaking of looper: why not get bruce to be in a season of true detective?...he could play a gritty private eye

There are enough talented directors they could get for the other seasons. Just because Fukunaga was a perfect fit for this season, doesn't mean he'll be suited for whatever Pizzolatto might churn up next.

I'm not gonna spoil it for anybody by naming the show, but I'm noticing this trend on tv of controlled, disciplined dudes losing all logic when it comes to women.

i still think the guy mowing the lawn in 95(remus from BE)is the spaghetti monster. might have some scars underneath that facial hair.

here's some thoughts:

i dont think rust killed tuttle...think he confronted him with evidence he had, and tuttle killed himself afterwards....reason: i think tuttle is 2nd, maybe 3rd on the yellow king food chain...and he didnt want to face the higher ups on said chain.....

shot in the dark: i'm really getting the sense his brother, the gov, may be the head person...but he's covered his ass by doing everything through his brother: having the funding for the schools go through tuttle; having tuttle set the schools up; using said schools to get the kids; having tuttle lead the task force.....even though it can be implied and you can try to connect dots, the gov is hands off up this point in the story...
