Why does he need to do anytime at all if he didn't do anything criminal? Why don't we s human beings understand that fukking accidents happen sometimes. And sentencing this man won't do shyt to bring those lives back nor even prevent some shyt like this from happening again. What we really need to be focusing on is this bullshyt of the judge saying they can't go below the minimum. How many white rapists have gotten off on probation in recent years. All those January 6 rioter literally committed treason and threaten the lives of top politicians and the sanctity of the election process and most of those people got a few years max.
