All these theories but if you follow what the NYPD has said so far you won't need to turn to conspiracies.

They said:
1. Troy shot himself in the leg
2. They believe he was the lone shooter based on the gun/shell casings

They're waiting on ballistics to confirm the existence of a second gun but what probably happened is Troy had his gun on his hip, accidentally pulled the trigger while attempting to pull it from his hip, that bullet went through the floor hitting a bystander, he fired more shots, and then exited the VIP room and fired the shot we saw on camera.

Tax being there won't matter if Troy initiated the confrontation and assaulted him. Tax is keeping quiet because he's a felon. He can't risk putting himself out there.

That's all we know so far and I'm not trusting random tweets.

And Troy Must not be saying shyt to authorities if they haven't even brought in tax for questioning yet. Say what you want, but Troy didn't look shook at all after being in a shootout. If u listen to when the scuffle is happening, u can even hear someone let out a grunt like they got clapped.. I'll humor you. Take NYPD out of the equation and we still see Troy committing multiple felonies with our own eyes. That's factual and stands on it's own withouy police saying anything. He's doomed off that alone.

Given that we saw Troy fire a gun with our own two eyes we at least know they aren't lying about him being a shooter. They said they are waiting on ballistics to confirm whether he was the only shooter. What lies were told so far? Unless that's a CGI Troy Ave where does trust come into this? If there was no video footage I would be skeptical too but this is open and shut for Troy.
