Champions/Protagonists need great challengers to bring out the best in them. We see that in all sports not just wrestling.
There have been no heels to come close to what Rock or Roman was last year. Only one even remotely close was Jacob and HHH bytch ass refused to book him in big singles matches.
Austin Theory & Dom would both be top level heels rn if Vince was still there a la MJF or Orton/Edge during the 2000s-2010s
