The Sami Zayn arch and Jey going thru his motions were what kept the bloodline interesting, not no damn Cody Rhodes. I think once they had the championship match in Montreal things started falling off. That may have been right before WM40.

They had to bring in Cena cuz not much else of interest was going on with Cody. I think he fought a few people like Logan Paul twice cuz they had nobody. None of his feuds have had storylines as good as the bloodline one. Hell they even made a documentary about them. Logan was used to capture his YouTube fans, AJ did the whole fake retirement thing that's been done before, Solo not really a top guy and was bloodline leftovers, and maybe KO but even still that wasn't as memorable. Don't remember how many times they faced each other.

Cody lucky that he took a break and built himself up and that Roman was hot at the time when they face each other. Cuz I remember when fans hated Roman during his initial mania main event push so having him at this high a level helped Cody a lot.


Far as the title match, let's see how it goes cuz they can give it to Cena but what will happen with that as well as Cody. Maybe they do a double turn and Cena returns to being a face for his retirement tour.

I still watched WWE from time to time but it was terrible post-2007 or so. I don't think it got better until what 2011? That was the Punk/Cena feud and I think Mark was on the Hall of Pain run..

WWE has always had peaks and valleys and some of the valleys have been really fukking bad
