The right way, the wrong way and the Max Power way
I didn't see generational when I watched him at Clemson. The system was so simple, he wasn't Andrew Luck, pro-ready from training camp. He doesn't see what you expect him to see and he lacks the finesse of touch with this throws.

Also this lunatic ex Jets scout called him a bust :mjlol:

Hard to believe you actually referenced Justin Fields here.

This guy is single handedly wasting Darnell Mooney’s prime years.

He got a lucky win last week and you’re talking about incremental improvement. Uh, alright.

You could have picked someone else to compare Trevor Lawrence to. Like perhaps Joe Burrow, who actually does look like an elite QB.

Doesn’t look like he gets it in the field. Off the field he says everything right besides that shut when they were 2-1

Bruh I know this was your attempt to prop Fields up with this thread but he ain't it either...
not propping Fields, Ive been very vocal in the Bears thread about his struggles and my overall concerns

just seems silly he gets 10x the more criticism while hes actually been improving week over week relative to the #1 pick, "generational" QB from his same draft class

I specifically referenced the amount of criticism, so I fail to see your point - why would I compare the criticisms between Joe Burrow & Trevor Lawrence?

lmao at wasting 5th round pick Mooneys prime years

He needs better weapons
He does need a number 1 though. Look TLaw isn’t hitting the ground running but QB in this league is not easy and I consider last year a wash with that incompetent coaching staff. He has a lot to learn and I don’t know if he’ll be a HoF QB but he will have a decent career.
