She might have helped some of your ancestors at one point, she is probably one of the GOAT women of all time, she was militant, read her story. If anything im proud that she is being recognized there wasn't one ounce of c00n in that sista.

On the one hand it's kind of troubling seeing a freedom fighter on US currency when slaves were used as collateral in transactions. On the other hand fukk Andrew Jackson.

Anyways in a few months people on Twitter are gonna call 20s "freedom papers" or some shyt.
Is this America finally acknowledging the wrongs of the transatlantic slave trade and the legacy of slavery?

Or is this yet another case of trying to appease black folks so we shut the fukk about it or reperations or anything like that?
