Cause you said you were 170 in the 1st post, in a post posted days after you say you lost 55 lbs which would be 205. You got a floating 45 pounds somewhere in 10 days bruh :hula:
Read it close breh. I said I started at 260. I never said how long it took me to get down to where I'm at now. The process to get where I'm at now was well over a year. I never implied that I did it that fast. Step your comprehension game up.

Just checked it with the hand gadget at the gym and it says I'm at 9%. How accurate are those things?

When I first started working out, my incline was lower. I was building myself up, so I didn't want to damage and strain my body(legs) by doing too much.

Now I'm maxed out at high incline (10.0). I run on that for 15-20 mins straight / 2x a day / 5 days. I start at 3.7 speed and end at 4.5/4.6 (it's not easy :mjcry: but I get it done)

Don't strain your body brehs. Slow motion is better than no motion.
