Yeah lets not ruin this like the Arcadium.
Seriously. This feels like the one mature place on the internet but if it turns into Stan Wars: Episode 966, I won't be able to take it.

It's impossible for Michael Bay to flop. Unfortunately.
I find this weekend funny that Marvel fans are upset Turtles beat Guardians. Like they are really mad about it. LOL.
Because since THEY didn't want to see it, they assumed no one else wanted to. Kids don't exist anymore and apparently all fans on the internet can be swayed by reviews

Theyve been going to it 4-5 times each trying to get it number 1 againI find this weekend funny that Marvel fans are upset Turtles beat Guardians. Like they are really mad about it. LOL.
I usually just dismiss his sequels which are always horrendous. He is no Steven Spielberg and I am fine with that
But why tho? Like what are they gaining from it being number one or not? I understand wanting to champion good films, I really do, but you don't cry foul when a move that's already made over 100 million gets knocked off of its perch the following week. Marvel will be OK. The studio will still keep making money hand over fists

Films have just become very front loaded these days. Theirs been less and less movies with legs. 55-60% drops in the second week have become standard.
Exactly. Things have changed. "Jurassic Park" and "E.T." were in the Theater for over 8 months. That will never happen in this era. We don't have the same attention spans and we get our entertainment from so many different sources. It's crazy. Also these films aren't selling any tickets. As good as Turtles did will it sell more tickets than the orignal or "Ooze"? I don't know. So not only are prices more but Hollywood isn't selling as many tickets as they use to. I expect tickets prices to continue to go up to make up for people not going to the theater.
