A teaser can render one helpless. If he's helpless he can't even retreat, or call back up, or push his emergency button. If someone grabs his gun then, it's over.
But before any of that's ever happens his p*ssy ass should've called back up.
If the broad was at home, it makes sense she's going to continue to go home. Then they can get a warrant and force entry. Or stall her out. Or if she's not a dangerous and wanted party they can just arrest her another day.

We should have body cams live streamed to 911 when a call is made. The dispatcher unlocks the officers gun or taser remotely once they deem fit.
