Darnold is trash and moody cost them a game. Better now then later hopefully this forces Kyle to go for it more on 4th because you can trust moody. His name fits him perfectly and is a terrible trait for a kicker

moody is inaccurate. thats a problem for a kicker. robbie was consistent/accurate but didnt have the strongest leg.

thats fine cuz you could trust him under 50 in pressure situations
moody is like rolling the dice...not something you want out of your kicker

Looking at the playoff scenarios, it might benefit us to let the Rams win this one. We'd get the lower seed and Detroit and LA would knock one or the other out, and We'd play either Philly, Tampa, or Green Bay if LA loses to the Lions.

The Lions defense is suspect as fukk, wouldn't shock me if Rams win with Nucua and Kupp doing whatever they want. Plus Goff is even more of a question mark in the playoffs than Stafford. Plust the Lions will be missing their star rookie TE.

I'm kinda expecting to see this team again in two weeks tbh.

The niners really need to use this next draft to restock a lot of positions and push for a full youth movement

I dont even think he beat out Lance. Between the lines you could see they didnt want Purdy to deal with the same shyt Lance has dealt with (Jimmygate) and have previous QB backing him up - a qb who has less experience himself. They knew Brock was an unquestioned starter and also they pretty much gave up on developing Lance.

What Im trying to say, they wanted a backup QB who doesnt need to be developed and who has some experience, to backup Purdy. They didnt want a better backup QB if needed to start 8 games or something.
