with 500+ attempts I would expect us to be a .500 team. His product is a direct result of playing with a lead. I can't really say there's anything for him to improve upon other than maybe ease up on the anticipation as some teams will know that's what he does and try to jump routes or take away the middle of the field but that WAY easier said than done. Also think about the fact that Deebo was basically either a decoy or out for 3 or 4 games when injured amd Jennings didn't do anything in his place. Purdy could easily have 3-400 more yards because that would open up the passing game for Aiyuk and Kittle. The Cleveland game was the one where that was most apparent. 3-400 yards isn't very realistic but Jennings isn't good at separation so anticipation throws with him are dangerous and a few of those picks were because him and Jennings wasn't on the same page or just a bad read based on what Deebo would have done.
Lombardi is such a lame. Remember when he said Purdy was as explosive as Lamar.
