Going over the tape. I can say I prefer Feliciano at starting right guard the experience shows and it has benefitted McKivitz to go alongside a veteran. Dude is a more traditional guard and it shows especially in the run game.

Now that is shocking because I felt every run to the right was a bust and/or a 1-3 yard gain at most

Fun fact our run game win shares have gone up considerably the past couple of weeks. Oddly enough McKivitz is top 7 in run block win rates. Which was a surprise to me. He was #1 on the win against Seattle. The long and short of it is the right side of the line was improved as season goes on. It also helps the defenses are keyed on the left side. But its still interesting to see.

I'm still :patrice: about it breh, if we aren't gaining meaningful yards when running to that side, what's the point.

Don't get me wrong we need to draft a tackle with one of our picks. But the line has improved considerably since the Jaguars game. McKivitz is a day late and a dollar short way less these past few weeks.

Can we bring him back please? :feedme:

I feel like our FO does a good job finding OL talent in late rounds. He'll cost too much.

Forgot that we traded Trent Brown for a draft pick that ended up being Tarvarius Moore. What happened to him? He had elite speed.

Aiyuk the best Pac 12 bum we have ever had. Over 1000 yards and almost 19 yards per catch. Crazy.

Funny thing is, he's doing exactly what he did in college. He was the exact same player but now his route running is elite. I mean elite to the point where I'd put him top 3 in the league. That's why he's always so open, not necessarily the scheme like people like to think. And he always shows his hands at the last possible moment along with meeting the ball over waiting for it like most receivers do. I have been so impressed by him these past 2 seasons before we expected him to be a YAC monster but he isn't that. He doesn't really break tackles, he gets YAC because of how he runs his routes. Perfect compliment to Deebo.

Yeah he has improved a lot. I'm more concerned about the guard than him now.

I made this point like 3 weeks ago about how he was 5th at the time in passing yards and how he had at least 50 less attempts than anyone with 3000yds passing when people were calling him a dink and dunk passer. I see analysts be watching :heh: I also pointed put how minus the Philly game he had less YAC yards than all of the QBs ahead of him, he was like 17th or something. Also 1st in explosive plays downfield even over Tua.
