I think that championship year has thrown a few of you off.
What Plan B? There is no other alternative that leads us back the the finals.
Masai is a Master at putting together over performing teams at low cost. No need to overpay entitled NBA 2nd-tier guys or hold on to old pieces like Ibaka who just wants to ring chase.
I said Ibaka because he went for the going rate 2/19 but any of these big men is a huge upgrade over what we settled with...and Masai has never put together teams at low cost NEVER,hes consistently going back to Denver over paid to be a competitive but not elite...My point is if we sign nobody next year we look damn stupid with a Baynes/Boucher front court...

I wanted Christian Wood...I said get Wood re sign VV we have a young emerging big to go with Trashcal...and we can move salary next year if Giannis is in play.
I specifically said we shouldnt punt on this season for Giannis when its less than 50/50...Masai was not as dialed in to this situation as was indicated and now tbh he looks kinda stupid...
We need to get away from this Masai is a genius,hes had some good drafts and trades but post championship his pants keep coming down...post title hes failed on many levels.

To be honest this is really all on Pascal, or our over-estimation of his skills and growth.
He got a max, and if he could play up to the level of his contract other players would have at least considered playing with him.

Its also Masai's fault for rushing to pay him when he could have waited to see him do it post Kawhi....I have heard nikkas say he would have got the max anyway and i argue after the bubble performance no fukkn way was someone gonna lock him in at 4/130 or 35% of there cap..Its another glaring example of Masai rushing to overpay his own guys.Hes been doing it for a decade...
Truth is his 2019 playoffs were inconsistent if were being honest,Masai should have waited...
