We use to roast Casey for no committing to line-ups and benching players. Now I'd pray to god the Nurse would bench guys like Siakam.

I miss the Casey ball movement offence were everybody was swinging the ball, penetrate and kicking it out to the open man.

And Casey was never scared to play the young guys. He embraced the young players while Nurse puts them in the dog house. We are only now seeing glimpses of Flynn potential, Didn't play Terence Davis so we end up trading him for nothing.

The Honeymoon is over, Nurse has got a lot of things to work on to get this team looking good again.

I cant co sign this at all Casey was awful...

Nurse had a bad year no question about that but i aint about to put Case over anyone,dude was a bad coach...Sorry breaux my memory is good,i remember starting Lucas Nogueira in game 4 and having DeRozan/TRoss guard Joe Johnson....

Casey ball movement only happened in that last year 2017-18 and that was because of Nurse...

Casey was the absolute worst at adjusting on the fly,i still remmeber that 2014 Brooklyn series like yesterday,he continually let Joe Johnson torch us in iso with Demar and Ross guarding him despite having Landry Fields and James Johnson on the bench....never doubled never trapped.In fact the 1 game he tried Fields we actually started bottling up JJ and yet he went back to Demar and got torched again....I will never forget that lack of adjustment.

We lost that series because of Caseys incompetent coaching.

We've gone through two season now where we can't buy a bucket. No perimeter ball movement, No cuts to the net, Almost no corner threes. If this is the guy that developed it all, where is it now? Even during the 2019 Championship run, our offence wasn't even great. It's just that Kawhi is a clutch performer. Watching a Nurse offence with no decent iso scorer is painful.

And I never said Casey was good with young player. I said he just gave them a chance. Maybe you get a Nogueira or Maybe you get a Siakam. Waiting 2/3 into the season to see what our bench can do is pathetic. Sometimes you have to throw something out there and see if it sticks. We gave Davis away for nothing because of this.

Can't be narrow minded with this "Our system" philosophy, especially when you are a .500 team at best. If this is the approach we are going to have, this is going to be a long ride to nowhere.

I laugh at the fans on social media who think you drop this team back at Scotiabank next year and its a top 4 team.....and theres a large segment of raptor fans and media who believe this...

This roster needs upgrades just to get back to 6th-7th...re signing Khem Birch to be the starting 5 next year isnt going to put this team back in the top 4.I have read a ton of tweets about Siakam bounced back this year ????? and he'll be back to all nba at home.....i hate Raptor fans more than i hate this season.

We've given Lowry enough money. We played ourselves giving him that big 1 year extention.

It's just time to take the loss and move on. Plus he will most likely want to play for a contender.
