I would have been sentimental about DeRozan leaving if he were 36 and a FA because we drafted him made him a star and he wanted to be here....
Lowry has had his foot out the door on 2 occassions and i never felt he really wanted to be here but we were willing to overpay...That recent pandering on social media was pathetic.

We've given Lowry enough money. We played ourselves giving him that big 1 year extention.
It's just time to take the loss and move on. Plus he will most likely want to play for a contender.

Just watching you guys from a far, a legit scoring option who can create for himself on the wing is a need. I also assume he'd more than love to be back as well
About the Lowry, guess it depends on what he wants to do, but I dont see the issues with you guys resigning him for less as your PG depth is the strength of the club
The Raps definitely need a scorer who can make easy buckets. I definitely don't want DeMar back though. He's the same guy he always was. Can't shoot 3, can't guard any wings. He's a small ball 4 with the Spurs now, and as much as Pascal pisses me off, I rather have him over DeMar at this point if we're choosing between him or DeMar now.
U know Masai gonna give Lowry another overpaid contract. He’s still tryna make it up to him for trading Derozan. U know casual raps fans would be furious at Masai if Kyle is gone. Not watching next season unless they get a top 5 pick if that’s the case.

We don't give two shyts about Demar. We're a lottery team and signing him would help us do nothing but maybe get an 8th spot. Same with Lowry, it would be a go nowhere situation.
I'd rather sign 5 new young guys and see which guys wants it the most. If we did that at the beginning of the season we'd wouldn't be in any worse position we are in now.
It's time to rebuild the roster depth like we had from 2015 through 2019.
One extra thing I will say. I like Nick Nurse as a coach, but he lacks on some things Dwane Casey beats him out on.
We use to roast Casey for no committing to line-ups and benching players. Now I'd pray to god the Nurse would bench guys like Siakam.
I miss the Casey ball movement offence were everybody was swinging the ball, penetrate and kicking it out to the open man.
And Casey was never scared to play the young guys. He embraced the young players while Nurse puts them in the dog house. We are only now seeing glimpses of Flynn potential, Didn't play Terence Davis so we end up trading him for nothing.
The Honeymoon is over, Nurse has got a lot of things to work on to get this team looking good again.
