i grew up on it
movie was always on tv in the 90s
though i do stan vampires i was a vampire for halloween when i was 4
Same here breh minus the vampire dress up lol. I just never got into it no matter how many times it was on. Can't put my finger on why tho
kiefer sutherland, the coreys, 80s, vampires before they became saturated, comics
what more could ya want breh?

Apart from this movie being GOAT status, that villain was all type of sadistic but also one bad mofo. From SoKo movies, I also have a (more than) honorable mention to Yeong-min the villain from "The Chaser" who's close to top Jang on the villainy scale. I hated him so much at the end of the movie.

Let Me In is better imo. The direction and the acting is better (although people prefer the OG because of the twist) the newer one is just so perfectly filmed; you know I'm big on atmosphere, creeping dread, acting, and story...Let me In exceeds in all categories@kp404 wait i've never see "let me in"..i've only see the foreign OG one

The remake of We Are What We Are is better than the OG that came out a year before although both are very good movies; the remake of We Are What We Are has a much better and shocking ending that fits the story perfectly where the OG We Are What We Are ending is not very satisfying at all (no pun intended). So these are 2 times the remakes are better than the OGs to mei'll peep it.. i saw the og in 2009 so when the remake came out a year later i was like

I feel as though I saw the devil doesn't get enough love. That movie left a effect on me way after it was over, the villian and the fukkery he cause was top notch, and it was a realistic spin on the Revenge flick. This and a bittersweet life is 2 of my favorite movies ever.1. Joker (TDK)

I Saw the Devil doesn't get half the love it deserves. Unfortunately, they are making an American version that will of course bring more acclaim to the OG but the remake will still be pure swamp sewage like the Oldboy remake.

They are pretty equal. The remake plays up the horror atmosphere a touch more due to the color grading. The loss of a certain plot twist will either irk the shyt out of you and detract from the backstory of the vampire, or you'll be fine with it (I was).
