I like stuff like Dracula, Subspecies, and Let Me In, but this and Fright Night were never that great to me (but I still like Fright Night much more than Lost Boys)

i grew up on it
movie was always on tv in the 90s
though i do stan vampires i was a vampire for halloween when i was 4
Same here breh minus the vampire dress up lol. I just never got into it no matter how many times it was on. Can't put my finger on why tho
Only breh who mentioned Jang Kyung-chul from "I saw the Devil", I'm disappointed... Apart from this movie being GOAT status, that villain was all type of sadistic but also one bad mofo. From SoKo movies, I also have a (more than) honorable mention to Yeong-min the villain from "The Chaser" who's close to top Jang on the villainy scale. I hated him so much at the end of the movie.1. Keyser soze
2. The joker tdk
3. Brick top snatch
4 Jang Kyung-chul I saw the devil
5 Tyler Durden fight club
6 tetsusho genda Akira
7 anton chigurh no country for old men
8 hans gruber die hard
9 hans Landa inglorious b*stards
10 Mr turtle layer cake
So many people I wanted to put on this list, dope thread. We should do top 10 anti heroes and TV villains too
Let Me In is better imo. The direction and the acting is better (although people prefer the OG because of the twist) the newer one is just so perfectly filmed; you know I'm big on atmosphere, creeping dread, acting, and story...Let me In exceeds in all categories@kp404 wait i've never see "let me in"..i've only see the foreign OG one
i'll peep it.. i saw the og in 2009 so when the remake came out a year later i was likeLet Me In is better imo. thats my baby. . .she was giving beatrice that work1) Gogo Yubari.
The remake of We Are What We Are is better than the OG that came out a year before although both are very good movies; the remake of We Are What We Are has a much better and shocking ending that fits the story perfectly where the OG We Are What We Are ending is not very satisfying at all (no pun intended). So these are 2 times the remakes are better than the OGs to mei'll peep it.. i saw the og in 2009 so when the remake came out a year later i was like
kiefer sutherland, the coreys, 80s, vampires before they became saturated, comics
what more could ya want breh?
I feel as though I saw the devil doesn't get enough love. That movie left a effect on me way after it was over, the villian and the fukkery he cause was top notch, and it was a realistic spin on the Revenge flick. This and a bittersweet life is 2 of my favorite movies ever.1. Joker (TDK)
2. Anton Chigurh (No Country)
3. Jang Kyung-Chul (I saw the Devil)
4. John Doe (Se7en)
5. Hannibal Lecter (Lambs)
6. Percy Wetmore (The Green Mile), mention to Eugene Tooms from the same actor
7. Yeong-min (The Chaser)
8. Pennywise (It)
9. Scar (The Lion King)
10. Judge Doom (Roger Rabbit)
Jigsaw, Hands Landa, Alonzo Harris were also pretty good for me.

I Saw the Devil doesn't get half the love it deserves. Unfortunately, they are making an American version that will of course bring more acclaim to the OG but the remake will still be pure swamp sewage like the Oldboy remake.I feel as though I saw the devil doesn't get enough love.
