I've never seen any One Piece on tv so I don't know. But judging from how everything is censored here I guess it's better that they don't.
If I'm not mistaken (I might be dead wrong), Funimation bought the rights the English rights to it. If so, then it'd be straight. Mote likely than not, they'd have to go with the most recent dubs. Funimation is usually on point with their dubs.

The Funi dub is pretty good.

I actually expect them to dominate this block.

My Predictions for shows:

New shyt
Bleach
FMA Brotherhood
Inuyasha: Final Act
One Piece
Gundam ACE
Soul Eater

Old shyt
Yu Yu Hakusho
Outlaw Star
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Samurai Jack
Some 90s show they still have rights to.

They already have.

Toonami should be about introducing KIDS to cool new anime and action cartoons, not appealing to the older fans who can easily find all of that stuff on DVD/Netflix/Hulu/Crunchyroll/torrent (and probably have to work in the morning, so they can't stay up late enough to watch the whole block). I've said this before, but this will either go two ways: it'll bomb spectacularly because they misunderstood who the target audience was/should be (like when ABC tried to bring back TGIF), or it'll just get lazy after a while and they'll just start airing the same shows over again (like TeenNick's '90s Are All That block).

That said, I wouldn't mind if they did a regular Toonami block on CN proper Saturdays from, say, 6:00-9:00 (with anime and newer cartoons like Thundercats, Young Justice, and Green Lantern), then [adult swim] comedy from 9:00-midnight, then a Toonami "Midnight Run" and/or "Toonami Classic" from midnight to 6:00 with newer uncut anime for the older audience as well as some anime from Toonami's first run like DBZ and Yu Yu Hakusho

Deadman Wonderland is a decent anime. Interesting to see how that does.

But I like this
DeMarco also clarified Adult Swim's May 16 press release, which said that the network is developing "new original anime programming" for Toonami's return. Toonami will not have original titles created specifically for the programming block, "just new acquisitions." DeMarco said that he personally "love One Piece and would love to see it on CN again" along with Gundam Wing. Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, Fairy Tail, and Inuyasha: The Final Act are some of the "many shows we've been looking at" or discussed.

Basically if people watch and support what they're putting out now we can get the more popular shows in the future.

yeah that Deadman Wonderland looks cool but man...I was expecting a mix of new with the older stuff they showed on April Fool's Day.

I'll still watch tho but kinda disappointed for now.

Yeah they could have replaced Ghost and Bebop with Trigun, YYH or Outlaw Star.
