There is not sufficient footage of Stewart's car approaching KW for me to reach this conclusion.Have you guys even seen the video?There is no way this was an accident. Ol'boy actually gunned for him.
--The videographer lingered on a blue car passing KW.
--Then the frame returns to KW miliseconds before TS's front tires passed KW.
It is probable that the cops are requesting any additional footage that shows the impact BECAUSE THEY WANT TO DETERMINE WHETHER TS CHANGED SPEED OR DIRECTION AS HE APPROACHED KW.

When you try Stewart with a sorry driver like Kevin Ward, that's the result you are going to get. Don't you ever talk about Tony Stewart.
Him confronting tony is like him getting out of his car on a public street after getting hit by Tony's car. Instead of Tony getting out to exchange insurance info, he accelerates his car and runs him over. Tony won't be sliding on this. And he's gonna get hammered in a civil case. Not to mention he may have to be barred from Nascar. So his future earnings are in jeopardy as well.

But it was on a race track during a race so legally Tony will be fine.

Exactly. We're talking about cars. He saw the guy standing there. It's not like it was some kid who just jumped into the street at the last second. I don't see how he escapes.

I don't know just watched the footage and it seemed like the guy was trying any way to get in to Tony's way. I mean I saw Tony car " fishtail" but it was on a dirt track and I'm not a race expert so obviously I'm not an expert on the dynamics. But R.I.P to the kid but he shouldn't have gotten out of his car
