I don't know just watched the footage and it seemed like the guy was trying any way to get in to Tony's way. I mean I saw Tony car " fishtail" but it was on a dirt track and I'm not a race expert so obviously I'm not an expert on the dynamics. But R.I.P to the kid but he shouldn't have gotten out of his car
Nascar drivers get out of their cars all the time and confront people, but usually they stand well out of the way so that it's reletively safe. The dude who got hit was pretty close obviously.

What u sayin? Margarito wasn't caught after the Cotto fight. He was caught before the Shane fight. If they woulda caught him after what he did to Cotto, the State of NY most definitely woulda put him in jail

I really think stewart should be facing manslaughter charges for this. i know if i hit and killed someone for walking towards my vehicle theyd throw me under the prison. but we all know whats gonna happen :mjpls:

Word......just like they threw a drunk Donte Stallworth under the prison for killing a man with his vehicle?

24 days is hardly throwing him under the jail.

Or maybe you mean how a drunk Leonard Little was thrown under the jail for killing someone with his vehicle?

Oh...nope....just probation and community service for him

Obviously you mean how they threw a drunk Josh Brent under the jail after he killed someone while driving

Oh, maybe not that one either

The D (where it's so cold)
if youve ever gone from coasting to a sudden hard throttle on loose dirt, youll know the car kicks sideways. the rev of the engine was clearly audible, and you see his car kick out right when he revs it
Yeah, but you are more than likely talking about normal cars on dirt roads which to your point is true but these cars meant for dirt tracks and have the appropriate tires for the track. Not saying that it is impossible just alot less likely.

You know what I find amazing. When reporting stories if it's someone they like it could be tripple homicide and the media will plaster the most flattering picture of that person they can find on the article but let they be black or dislike i.e. Tony Dungy after the Sam comments or Kaep after the alleged rape in south beach incident they will find the most unflattering picture out there plater all over the place.

Don't understand how this isn't on ESPN.com or CNN.com :dahell:

Tony Stewart has big CORPORATE SPONSORS one of them being COCA COLA

ESPN don't wanna step on NASCAR toes...till they get the greenlight

And FOX loves Tony Stewart ever since he gave that lame excuse for not accepting that invitation to meet Obama at the white house
