That's $1 million going to Jay's foundation to send unprivileged kids' to college. Do we really go through everything a rapper has shouted out and not gotten paid for and call that a loss....
This is Jay, if he got paid for every line then people on here would be calling him a sell out even more. It's almost more pitiful than Harry B's caping in here. There's so much wrong with this statement. This is more offensive than the 'rap translator' comment. The rap translator comment can be waved off as a generational thing. This, though -- the man has given you free advertising for god know's how long into the future, and you can't be bothered to send him some free swag in return? By saying the clothing is counterfeit, he's saying Jay is counterfeit, a fake, and ultimately irrelevant. He won't even be bothered to correct the situation by dressing Jay. Jay is a fake and a fraud to him, but any publicity is good publicity because as long as 'those people' aren't really wearing his brands, then his brand won't get Ciroq'd/Cristal'd?
