Yeah, we really missing Josh Porno, err Primo. They put a lot into his development. Branham was a terrible pick and I never saw the potential they did, especially in a wing that shoots from his chest like a 2nd grader. Reminds me of when Spurs drafted James Anderson, another terrible wing.
I REALLY try not to think about how our GM came from the Pistons, who's front office has been a clustefukk since the Stan Van Gundy days :mjcry:

Which PG do we draft?

The one who isn't a shooting threat but has elite size for the position, commands the offense and can lock up the perimeter- Stephon Castle

The one with insane ball handling skill, undersized but can score in bunches- Rob Dillingham

The one with size, slasher and good passer, not a shooter and has been injured most of this year- Nikola
I'm hoping for a veteran PG to be added. The team is in desperate need for some semblance of veteran leadership.

Dennis Schoder would have been solid if available. D-Lo's asking price is going to be pretty high.
I dont want either of them on a team so young and impressionable. Id rather have a Brogdon type or bring back D White from Boston. I know those are both a stretch. Chris Paul would be ideal but I know hes still ring chasing.

for real. their vets are cedi osman and devonte graham. they need to do what the Rockets did this season. playing AAU ball in the NBA for 2 straight years isn't development. it's a waste of time. Rockets got rid of Silas and that clown Kevin Porter Jr, got FVV, Jeff Green, Reggie Bullock for a veteran presence (2 nba champs), and got udoka and created an actual basketball system that had them in play-in contention. the Spurs are gonna have to do the same thing. Just drafting 1 or 2 more young guys, and then playing AAU ball for another season isn't gonna develop anyone

Dallas by way of Houston by way of San Antonio

CP3 pisses everybody off on every team he's played on. Boston ain't letting White go. Brogdon is interesting though. Schroder never struck me as a problem (and dude is 30, so he is a vet). Other than being a detective, what's the issue with D-Lo?

Im still pissed the spurs let White go. He was was one of the Spurs young bright spots. As for D-Lo, Lol, yeah hes definitely not gonna live the snitch/detective label down. I dont know, Ive always gotten whinny diva vibes from D-Lo and Schroeder, so all three (including Paul) seem to have the potential to piss people off. Neither Dennis or D-Lo seem to be good leaders IMO, especially to make up for the price tag. I think the young guys on the team could learn more from Paul than the both of them combined. That being said any of them would be better than what we have, D-Lo and Dennis just not my personal preferences.

I dont know, he burned bridges on the way out. That being said, Id rather have him back than Trae.

With the fans? Maybe. And ngl Spurs fans can be toxic sometimes (see ST). But if Pop's good with him, then that's all that matters. shyt Pop went out of his way to look like a clown defending Kawhi, and what Klaw did was much worse than DJ popping off on the gram.

I keep telling yall:

Vassell
Kawhi
