Yet they panned to Jessie Reyez for 20 seconds because Drake told the camera too....TSN has the WOAT camera work, they didn’t even pan to Butch Carter.

We need a new rotation of power forwards/centers/bigs the worst way. We lack a huge, mobile , quick, intimidating and physical presence who can get rebounds, defend the paint, protect the rim and box attackers out of it.It sucks that when bums like Olynyk and brown come back they gonna steal minutes from these young guys with potential

This might have been the game that Agbaji stamped himself as official...played a helluva game.
This is not a tanking team when Quick and barnes are back they are going to win games...theyre not gonna be bad enough
Worst spot. Too good to be bad and too bad and (too young) to be legitimately good like the Celtics, Knicks, and thunder. Professional athletes have pride and won’t lose games purposefully. They will never allow their team to tank in the standings. Many of them are playing hard for longer and richer contracts and want to stay in the nba.
I like this teens but we need to suck bad in the last season to replenish the talent pipeline, we have to get Flagg/ ace Bailey in the draft this summer and another top young player in the 2026 draft. Short term pain for long term gain. We ain’t getting to to the finals and winning titles for a while.
I don’t mind if we lose most of our games, as long as our young players develop into nba talent, acquire good habits, reach next level, work hard, play hard and are entertaining. This is a development year, I only watch to see our young talent progress and become legitimate starters in the league. So far it’s good.
Yeah agbaji is a Pleasant surprise.

The fun of these first 7 games (opener beat down vs Cavs excluded) makes me realize how miserable our 22-23 season was to watch (Fred's last season) leading to that play-in game loss. And unless someone mentions him, I have quickly forgotten about GTJR. Thank you Gradey.
Ochai has surprised me I think the most. Post Summer League. I was unsure if he would even sniff slotting into that OG role but here we are and he's knocking down those corner 3s at a high clip. 10/16 so far (62%)
Nuggets/Wolves/Bobcats all winnable too after coming back down double digits. Now that everyone has had enough burn, IQ/Scottie should not disrupt that much, but some decision will have to be made with Shead/Davion cause one of their total PT is going to get hella cut. Full health though I assume Gradey goes to 6th man, teams have been hunting him. Ochai stays with starting 5.
IQ/Barrett/Ochai/Barnes/Yak
Shead(or Davion)/Gradey/Boucher/Kelly/Mogbo (sprinkles of Walter somewhere in there + whoever takes 3rd string PG)
That's 12.
Not even factoring Bruce in, he'll get showcased and dealt once he returns.
I really do think he keeps it up, and atleast gets some talk about All-Star. He goes too hard to the paint to not end up with over 22 pts/game (and that's with his terrible FT shooting and the assists come with everyone collapsing. That little two-man game him and Yak in the paint against the Lakers was working nice too. Thinking they got like 8-10 pts of that. Didn't do much of that against the Kings tho.this is a different rj barrett, he's distributing the ball like he's a point forward
When he got traded he evolved. He never avg over 3 assists in 4.5 years in new york and he avg 4 last year with the raptors and now 7 this year. He was barely a 40-42% shooting with the new york knicks, he shot 55% last year with the raptors in over 30 games and this year he's right at 50%. He's driving to the rom and he added alot of muslce no homo this offseason.
On a steal of a contract thank you new york
