Sparking blunts in the shade.
You always knew who the d boys were becuz they always had the flyest cars with the best systems. You were the shyt if you had Benz or even an Acura back then. Summer of 88 they'd ride up and down my street all day blasting It Takes Two or Groove Me
:mjlol:

Me and my boys would always claim which cars were ours
:mjcry:

I've heard nikkas on rap songs, and in person, down south, up north, and out west go on and on about 1988.

Money must have been chasing people instead of the other way around back then. :pachaha:

Notice they weren't doing the overly baggy sh1t like in the 90's? My pops told me that dudes that wore baggy clothes got clowned.

it's cause baggy clothes happened cause of low level damn near homeless dudes getting their clothes from places like salvation army and it was better to get them too big than too small.

rap music and videos made that shyt popular.

In LA they would push the lowered Nissan truck with the ski rack on top...or the Sentra with the Epsilon rims and the gold flakes in the paint:wow:
