They need Fizdale, but I'm not sure how attractive the job is right now, cause you're on the clock with Giannis and you don't want to be the coach that ends up losing him in 2 and a half years.

Their biggest problems are coaching, and their center rotation is the worst in the league. If Giannis isn't going to learn to shoot the three they need a center that can hit the three & rebound, and those are very hard to find.
